हिंदी सिनेमा जगत का इतिहास काफी पुराना है। कई ऐसी फिल्में हैं जो दर्शकों के दिलों में बसी हुई हैं तो कुछ ऐसे भी फिल्में हैं जिनका विवादों से नाता है, तो कुछ फिल्में रिलीज ही नहीं हो पाई क्योंकि रिलीज से पहले ही सेंसर बोर्ड ने फिल्म की रिलीज रोक दी। मगर कई फिल्में ऐसी हैं जिनके रिलीज पर इस कदर का बवाल मचा कि उन फिल्मों को भारत में हमेशा के लिए बैन कर दिया गया।
अनफ्रीडम (Unfreedom)
बैन की गई फिल्म में सबसे पहले नाम आता है फिल्म ‘अनफ्रीडम’ (Unfreedom) का। ये फिल्म 2014 में बनी थी लेकिन बैन हो गई। क्योंकि ये फिल्म पूरी तरह से समलैंगिक
रिश्तों पर आधारित थी। फिल्म में हद से ज्यादा अश्लीलता परोसी गई थी और इस कारण सेंसर बोर्ड ने कुछ सीन्स पर कैंची ना चलाकर फिल्म की रिलीज पर ही रोक लगा दी थी।
फायर (Fire)
फिल्म ‘फायर’ भी एक ऐसी मूवी थी जो समलैंगिक रिश्तों पर बनाई गई थी। फिल्म का निर्देशन दीपा मेहता ने किया था। फिल्म की कहानी ऐसी दो मध्यवर्गीय परिवार की महिलाओं पर आधारित थी।
जिनका रिश्ता देवरानी और जेठानी का होता है। मगर दोनों एक-दूसरे के प्रति आकर्षित होने लगती हैं। इस फिल्म को जब सेंसर बोर्ड के पास ले जाया गया तो उन्होंने फिल्म बैन कर दी थी।
द पेंटेड हाउस (The Painted House)
फिल्म ‘द पेंटेड हाउस’ साल 2015 में बनी थी और जमकर हंगामा हुआ था। क्योंकि फिल्म में एक बुजुर्ग शख्स और एक लड़की के बीच संबंधों को दिखाया गया था। फिल्म में काफी ज्यादा अश्लीलता
थी इसलिए सेंसर बोर्ड ने फिल्म बैन कर दी थी। लेकिन यू-ट्यूब पर इस फिल्म के कुछ सीन दिखाई दे जाते हैं मगर पूरी फिल्म कभी रिलीज नहीं हो पाई।
सिंस (Sins)
यशराज बैनर तले बनी फिल्म ‘सिंस’ साल 2005 में बनी थी और इस फिल्म की रिलीज से ईसाई धर्म के लोगों को आपत्ति हुई थी। क्योंकि फिल्म की कहानी एक जवान लड़की और
पादरी के प्रेम प्रसंग पर आधारित थी। इससे ईसाई धर्म के लोगों को भावनाओं को ठेस पहुंची थी इसी कारण सेंसर बोर्ड ने फिल्म रिलीज की मंजूरी ना देते हुए फिल्म बैन कर दी थी।
वाटर (Water)
निर्देशक दीपा मेहता ने विधवा महिलाओं की लाइफ से जुड़ी स्याह दुनिया को दिखाने के लिए फिल्म ‘वाटर’ बनाई। इस फिल्म को अकदामी अवॉर्ड 2007 के लिए नॉमिनेट भी किया गया
लेकिन फिल्म पर इस कदर बवाल मचा कि सेंसर बोर्ड को फिल्म बैन करनी पड़ी।
