The Premier Train-The-Trainer School. GuruSchool is an opportunity for aspiring trainers to master the skill of imparting knowledge to youth, enhance their domain knowledge and delivery techniques. GuruSchool aims at developing high-quality trainers across the semi-urban and rural areas of the country, who in turn will provide skill development and vocational training to the unemployed youth. GuruSchool is the initiative of EduBridge & Tata STRIVE.This is a Trainer School which is operated by EduBridge Learning and Udyogini. The initiative of GuruSchool is funded by HSBC and Capgemini. Tata STRIVE is our Knowledge Partner for this initiative.
GuruSchool aims to develop quality Trainers who are trained not just on specific Qualification Packs but will be qualified to train on adjacent Qualification Packs as well, thus strengthening their deployment across the ecosystem. The approach to training at GuruSchool is to develop holistic trainers with strong platform and domain capabilities, who can thrive in varied situations and enhance the environment where ever they are located.

This program will have you ready for real world training scenarios through focused sessions addressing the essentials that every good trainer requires.
The program is designed as an 8 week long intensive training with strong foundations built in training through platform skills development and domain training across several domains. The training curriculum and content for both Platform and Domain skills has been developed by leveraging the best of what Tata STRIVE and EduBridge has to offer. Tata STRIVE has been for the past three years already delivering several upskilling programs for Trainers including its flagship Empowerment Coaching for Facilitators(ECF) program and its ‘Training the Trainer’ (TTT)programs. The training will focus on all aspects of the trainer- Personality, Professionalism and Proficiency.
Key attributes of the program are:
8 week program
6 days a week, 8 hours per day
On the job training
Coaching and mentoring
QP+ (Complete coverage of Qualification Pack + Added knowledge and Skills)
Placement and Post Placement
The placement of the participants will be critical to create a strong cog in the wheel of the skilling ecosystem. Placements will be in the following places:
Skill development institutes – 75-80%
L&D departments of organizations – 10-15%
L&D/ Skilling departments in colleges – 10%
The intent is to create an aspirational program which is respected for its quality and can therefore expect higher than average salaries in that location.
All participants will be supported for 6 months post completion of placements, through the following methods:
Support through calls by the EduBridge team
Periodic checks with employers on performance and attitude of participants
Intervention by Master trainers for participants facing any difficulties
